Mrs. Robin Muldor-Engram, Program Director
Mrs. Robin Muldor-Engram is the visionary founder and CEO of the Peaches and Sourcream Children’s Foundation, Inc. (PSCF), officially established on July 1, 2019, to combat the school-to-prison pipeline and close the hidden achievement gap affecting children in foster care. With nearly 40 years of experience advocating for children, her career includes roles in social work, classroom teaching, and library leadership—most notably serving as Branch Manager of the Overbrook Park Branch of the Free Library of Philadelphia, where she received both the Free Library of Philadelphia Customer Service Award and the Pennsylvania Library Association’s Best Practices Award. In 2019, she founded PSCF to inspire children in PreK through 3rd grade to read, grow, and succeed. After the passing of the late Tracey Ray, PSCF’s online Summer Reading Rewards program director, in 2021, Robin assumed leadership of the program and expanded it from 25 readers to hundreds, managing every aspect of its growth and sustainability. Her responsibilities include curating books, networking with book vendors, fundraising to support recruitment and programming, facilitating reading seasons, encouraging parents as co-facilitators, managing shipping and handling, executing online and offline marketing, and overseeing administrative functions. Under her leadership, PSCF has served over 2,000 children, distributed more than 12,000 books, secured ten grants, and raised sufficient donor support to sustain the online summer reading rewards program, which now serves over 300 participants and maintains an 80–90% completion rate. Robin’s work has been recognized with multiple honors, including the United Negro College Fund “Share Your Love” Hall of Fame Award in 2023 and the prestigious 2024 Drexel University Alumni Entrepreneur Award, affirming her impact as a social entrepreneur and literacy champion.
